Versed Behavior offers behavioral consultation for individuals, families, and schools, helping reduce severe behaviors while building communication and independence.
Behavioral Consultation Services
We provide behavioral consultation services for schools and daycares using Dr. Hanley’s Practical Functional Assessment and Skills Based Treatment (PFA/SBT) framework. Our team works collaboratively with educators and staff to address challenging behaviors, promote functional communication, and implement practical, skill-based interventions. We also provide staff training and ongoing support to ensure strategies are consistently applied, creating a safe, positive, and effective learning environment for all children.
Family Support & Training
We provide specialized parent training rooted in Dr. Hanley’s Practical Functional Assessment and Skills Based Treatment approach. Caregivers learn safe, compassionate and effective strategies to prevent severe and dangerous behaviors while helping their child build communication and critical coping skills. Our goal is to support families in creating a calm, predictable environment where children can learn, feel respected and thrive.
BCBA-Focused Therapy
Our BCBA-focused therapy provides individualized, evidence-based support tailored to each client’s unique needs. Under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), therapy targets skill acquisition, behavior reduction, and functional communication using data-driven interventions. This approach ensures consistent progress, promotes independence, and enhances quality of life across home, school, and community settings
Our Mission
Our mission is to transform the most challenging and severe behaviors into opportunities for communication, connection and meaningful growth. Through individualized, evidence-based interventions grounded in Practical Functional Assessment and Skills Based Treatment, we empower families, schools and caregivers with the skills and confidence to create safer, calmer and more fulfilling lives. We honor each person’s dignity and potential by building essential skills that replace crisis with progress and possibility.
